If you activate this option in the Template Configurator, when exporting a report from the VisitReport App, the system checks whether a contact has been added to the report.

If this is not the case, the export is stopped and the user is prompted to add a contact.

The prerequisite is considered to be fulfilled if either the fields Salutation, First name, Last name, Company and E-Mail for a contact have been filled out or a business card has been photographed.
