For the CRM mapping of VisitReport we need the following information from you:

  1. Field definitions
  2. Your requirements

  1. Field definitions
(Not available on MS Dynamics 2013, 2015)

To download the field definitions, you need the snapADDY Grabber for Chrome or Firefox. The snapADDY Grabber is also required to transfer reports into CRM. How can I install snapADDY Grabber? The field definitions give us information about the fields in your CRM. With this file we are able to create a mapping between snapADDY and your CRM system, so that at the end the information from your reports arrives where you want it in your CRM system.
You can download the file in snapADDY Grabber as follows:

    - Call up the settings in the snapADDY Grabber

    - If you are not yet connected, connect to your CRM system.

    - Download the field definitions and send the file FieldDefinitions.json by mail to your contact person or to mapping@snapaddy.com.

  2. Your requirements
Tip: Use the template (Excel, download at the bottom of the page) to send us all details

VisitReport transfers two types of information:

    The Contact Details:
The answers to the questions in your template:

The contact data is already transferred to individual fields in your CRM system without a user-defined mapping, but the responses are all appended to the lead or contact as text in a note. Within mapping, you can link the contact data with different fields in your CRM system, if required. You can also export the questions to individual fields or to special objects such as "Meeting" or "Task".
Please enter this request in our mapping template and send the completed template to your contact person or to mapping@snapaddy.com.
