At times, Outlook Add-Ins will become disabled. Follow these steps to re-enable the snapADDY Grabber add-in in Microsoft Outlook 2007.

  1. Click the Office button in the upper-left corner.
  2. Click "Outlook Options" in the lower right of the menu.
  3. Click "Add-Ins" in the left-hand navigation.
  4. At the bottom of the dialog in the "Manage" dropdown, select "COM Add-ins" from the menu, then click "Go...".
  5. Ensure "snapADDY Grabber" is listed in the dialog.
  6. Check the checkbox next to "snapADDY Grabber", and then click "OK".
  7. You should now see the snapADDY Grabber tab in the toolbar


Sometimes, these steps are not enough to re-enable a disabled Add-In. If you do not see the snapADDY Grabber ribbon in Outlook after following the above steps, please try the following to remove the add-in from the list of "Hard Disabled" add-ins.

  1. Click the Office button in the upper-left corner.
  2. Click "Outlook Options" in the lower right of the menu.
  3. Click "Add-Ins" in the left-hand navigation.
  4. At the bottom of the dialog in the "Manage" dropdown, select "Disabled Items" from the menu, then click "Go...".
  5. The snapADDY Grabber add-in may be listed here. If it is, click on it and then click the "Enable" button.
  6. Once you've completed the above steps, select "COM Add-ins" from the Manage dropdown, click "Go...", and check the checkbox next to snapADDY Grabber.
