If you experience this or a similar error when you try to install snapADDY for Outlook: "Unable to install this application because an application with the same identity is already installed. To install this application, either modify the manifest version for this application or uninstall the preexisting application." please follow these steps: 

 

1. Deinstall snapADDY Grabber for Outlook in your Windows Control Panel and reinstall it.

 

If the problem still remains the same, please follow these steps. 

 

2. Deinstall snapADDY Grabber for Outlook. 

3. Open your local Windows Explorer.

4. Type or paste "%localappdata%/Apps" in the address bar of your Windows Explorer and delete all folders within the displayed folder.

5. Install snapADDY Grabber for Outlook again.
